Every day in Bangladesh and in India, 75 million people drink water contaminated with arsenic. This is the largest mass poisoning in history. Faced with this humanitarian disaster, discovered in the 90's, national and international actions are hopelessly ineffective, hampered by bureaucracy, corruption and the lack of expertise and professionalism. In the country, several scientists examine the causes and effects of this contamination, strive to find a solution and bring back hope.
Born in 1956, Amirul Arham studied Arts and Literrature at Dhaka Universit, then Cinema at the Information Ministry of Bangladesh. Under the supervision of Jean Rouch, he did a training of filmmaking at VARAN association.
