The world's greatest runners come from Bekoji, an isolated mountain town in Ethiopia. At the Beijing Olympic Games, they all won four gold medals for long distance running. It all began with the dream of alocal coach who inspired in all of them the desire to succeed. Filmed over three years, this film follows the fates of young athletes who aspire to fame, although in reality they can not all become champions.
